Ambassador Makes a Courtesy Call on the Mayor of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

This week the Mayor of Royal Borough of Kensington and ChelseaCllr Julie Mills received Ambassador Karine Kazinian at the Kensington Town Hall. The Mayor extended her congratulations to the Ambassador on the occasion of her appointment. A number of issues were discussed during the meeting. In particular, Ms. Julia Mills underlined the importance of cooperation between the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the Embassies located in the area. In this context, the Mayor recalled the Armenian Street Festival, an event organised for the first time by the Primate’s Office in cooperation with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London, which took place on the 12^th of June of this year, the opening of which was granted to the Mayor.

Ambassador Kazinian thanked the Mayor for her continuous support to the Armenian institutions located within the area of Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. At the meeting they also touched upon the prospects of future cooperation.
