Ambassador Armen Sarkissian met with Sir Alan Duncan, Minister of State for Europe and the Americas at the FCO

Dr. Armen Sarkissian, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, had a meeting with Sir Alan Duncan, Minister of State for Europe and the Americas at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on 17 January 2017.

During the meeting the sides discussed the agenda of the Armenian-British relations. They also touched upon the topics of 25^th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations, bilateral achievements and forthcoming plans.

Diplomats emphasized the importance of the efforts aimed at activating the political dialogue. Ambassador Sarkissian outlined the opportunities of enhancing cooperation in various fields, such as IT, banking, financial and cultural sectors.

During the meeting they also discussed other issues of mutual importance.
